FFX

Front & Finish® Award Of Excellence

As in education, students receive diplomas to successful completion of standards set by their schools. Yet, fewer students receive acknowledgement of standards above and beyond those required for graduation. This is the theory behind the Platinum and Gold levels of the FFX Award. Just as a title can be considered synomous with a diploma, the FFX Award is intended to recognize a higher degree of accomplishment (i.e. Platinum and Gold). If exhibitors desire, they are welcome to use the FFX acronym following their dog's name to indicate that they have achieved their title at a superior level. We recommend that they place the FFX acronym at the end their list of titles following their dog's name.  Multiple award winners should use a number following the acronym (as in FFXP2, or FFXG4, etc.)

Front & Finish® offers separate applications for each registry within the Agility and Obedience performance events. As registries may change their title requirements, applicants must use the current forms (listed below) when applying for thier FFX awards. Applications are available for the American Kennel Club (Agility & Obedience), the Australian Shepherd Club of America (Agility & Obedience), the Bermuda Kennel Club (Obedience), the Canadian Kennel Club (Agility & Obedience), the North American Dog Agility Council (Agility), and the United Kennel Club (Agility & Obedience).
